BU Jazz New Music Concert

Join us for a live concert of new music! BU jazz ensembles will perform contemporary jazz compositions, including several world premieres. Our concert will also feature guest artists Todd Marston (keyboards, accordion from Choose to Find), Colin Sapp (guitarist of Infinite Out), and Dr. Joe Pignato (drums SUNY Oneonta). The concert will be preceded by a short talk discussing the influence of pop, rock, and improvisational music on contemporary jazz music.
Food will be provided and the concert is FREE! This event is partially funded by the BU Allocations Board, SAO, and the Center for New Music.
