"HOMO ANIMALIS: Man and Animal in the Ancient World" is the fifth annual BU Department of Classical Studies' Graduate Student Conference. Sponsored by the BU Center for the Humanities and the Department of Classical Studies.
We are very excited to have Professor Mark Payne of the University of Chicago deliver the keynote, “Beyond Empathy: Imagining Non-Human Life In Ancient Didactic Poetry,” at the conference.
