Chlo\u00eb is an Ernest May Fellow in History and Policy at Harvard&#8217;s Belfer Center, and the Martin Sherwin Fellow in Nuclear History. She is completing a book on decolonization in the nuclear age, based on doctoral work which was awarded the 2025 Michael Dockrill Prize for Best Thesis. At BU, she teaches the history of European warfare in global perspective, with an emphasis on colonial violence and technological change.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Chlo\u00eb\u2019s scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in <i>The Journal of Global History, Relations Internationales, The Thinker, <\/i>and <i>The Yearbook for the History of Global Development. <\/i>She serves on the Editorial Board of the <i>Revue d\u2019Histoire Contemporaine de l\u2019Afrique, <\/i>and was previously Managing Editor at the <i>Cold War History<\/i>\u00a0journal.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Chlo\u00eb earned her Ph.D. in International History from the London School of Economics. Before joining the Belfer Center, she was a Visiting Doctoral Fellow at Sciences Po\u2019s Centre for History.
