Pardee School of Global Studies where she is an Associate Professor of International Relations &#8211; has published a new CFR blog arguing for reform to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/tag\/united-states\/\">United States<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/tag\/immigration\/\">immigration<\/a> policy to attract top talent to the country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In her blog, titled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/blog\/compete-china-united-states-needs-fix-immigration\">To Compete With China, the United States Needs to Fix Immigration<\/a>,&#8221; Miller outlines the pathways <span>of legal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/tag\/india\/\">Indian<\/a> immigration to the U.S. and why a reformation of the system presents strategic implications for its strategic competition with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/tag\/china\/\">China<\/a>. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University. Currently, on leave from the School, she is serving as a Senior Fellow at CFR where she focuses on India, Pakistan, and South Asia.
