Ambassador\u00a0Jorge Heine<\/a>,\u00a0Research Professor at the\u00a0Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies<\/a>\u00a0at Boston University,\u00a0was recently featured in the\u00a0<\/span>Latin America Advisor<\/em><\/a>, a publication of the\u00a0<\/span>Inter-American Dialogue<\/a>, a Washington D.C. think tank.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Heine responded to the publication\u2019s feature Q&A, which asked about the importance of the Escaz\u00fa Agreement to Chile.
