Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, appeared on the Al Jazeera Balkans political talk show <em>The Context<\/em> to discuss the United States&#8217; relations with China and Russia. The program also featured Dejan Jovic, professor at the University of Zagreb, Croatia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The discussion explored President Biden&#8217;s attempt to reassert the America&#8217;s place in the world and to distinguish himself from former President Donald Trump. In 2004, he was posted in Vienna to serve as Ambassador to Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He had been a Montenegro\u2019s Ambassador to NATO from 2010 until 2014 and served as a Montenegro\u2019s National Coordinator for NATO from 2015 until he joined the faculty at the Pardee School.
