The Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies<\/a>‘ Center for the Study of Europe hosted an online workshop titled “Russian Media Influence in the US and Europe<\/a>” on May 22, 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this workshop, Elizaveta Kuznetsova, visiting researcher at the Center for the Study of Europe, and Heidi Erbsen,\u00a0research fellow at the University of Tartu in Estonia, presented insights countering the common perception that\u00a0Russia operates with a Grand Strategy to undermine Western hegemony.<\/p>\n

The workshop featured\u00a0Daniela Caruso<\/a>, Director of the Center for the Study of Europe and Jean Monnet European Union Professor at the Pardee School; Alya Guseva, Associate Professor of Sociology at Boston University; Igor Lukes<\/a>, Professor of International Relations and History at the Pardee School, and Vitali Shkliarov, Visiting Researcher at Harvard University\u2019s Davis Center.\u00a0The discussion was moderated by Vesko Gar\u010devi\u0107<\/a>, Professor of the Practice of International Relations at the Pardee School.<\/p>\n
