Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University<\/span><span>\u00a0was proud to participate in Boston University\u2019s 2019 Alumni Weekend festivities, hosting alumni, current students, and friends of the school for a panel and reception at 121 Bay State Road on September 20, 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Pardee School\u2019s Alumni Weekend panel, entitled\u00a0\u201cThe World in Flux,&#8221;\u00a0featured Pardee School faculty including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/jorge-heine\/\">Amb. Jorge Heine<\/a>,\u00a0Research Professor;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/rachel-nolan\/\">Rachel Nolan<\/a>, Assistant Professor of International Relations; and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/janine-ferretti\/\">Janine Ferretti<\/a>,\u00a0Professor of the Practice of Global Development Policy. The conversation was moderated by Pardee School Dean\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/adil-najam\/\">Adil Najam<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The panel discussion covered a range of topics related to international relations including international migration, the Second Cold War, and climate change.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We hosted our annual <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/WorldInFlux?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#WorldInFlux<\/a> panel for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BUAlumniWeekend?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BUAlumniWeekend<\/a> with new <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PardeeProfs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PardeeProfs<\/a> Amb. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jorgeheinel?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@jorgeheinel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rachelbnolan?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@rachelbnolan<\/a>, and Janine Ferretti.
