Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University,<\/a>\u00a0published a recent article examining\u00a0<span>Czech defeats and failures from the 1930s to the present.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The article, entitled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.respekt.cz\/tydenik\/2018\/43\/sebestredny-stat\">A Self-Centered State: Czech Defeats and Failures from the Thirties to the Present,<\/a>\u201d was published in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.respekt.cz\">Respekt<\/a>, a weekly publication in Prague, on October 20, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/igor-lukes\/\">Igor Lukes<\/a><span>\u00a0writes primarily about Central Europe.
