Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University,<\/a><span>\u00a0published a recent article\u00a0seeking to explain the continued appeal Marxism has in some circles, and suggesting there\u2019s a parallel between Marxism and \u00a0The Pill of Murti-Bing that Czes\u0142aw Mi\u0142osz writes about in <em>The Captive Minds<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The article, entitled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/files\/2017\/09\/Marxism.pdf\">Marxism: Drugs, Illusion and Violence<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"en\">,\u201d was published in\u00a0<em>Young Front Today\u00a0<\/em>(<\/span><i>Mlad\u00e1 Fronta DNES)\u00a0<\/i><span>on\u00a0August\u00a026, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>You can read the entire article, in Czech,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/files\/2017\/09\/Marxism.pdf\">here<\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/profile\/igor-lukes\/\">Igor Lukes<\/a><span>\u00a0writes primarily about Central Europe.
