Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, was recently interviewed on his book\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cornellpress.cornell.edu\/book\/?GCOI=80140100875590\">Ruling Capital: Emerging Markets and the Re-Regulation of Cross Border Finance<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em>In the book, Gallagher\u00a0demonstrates how several emerging market and developing countries (EMDs) managed to reregulate cross-border financial flows in the wake of the global financial crisis, despite the political and economic difficulty of doing so at the national level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gallagher was interviewed about <em>Ruling Capital<\/em>\u00a0by\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.readara.com\/\">Readara<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>January 25, 2017.
