Pardee School of Global Studies<\/a> agrees that history&#8217;s verdict will be based on how it is implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/2015\/07\/14\/pardee-school-professors-on-irandeal\/\">Iran Nuclear Deal<\/a> results from long negotiations in which U. S. Secretary of State John Kerry played a pivotal role.
