Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University,<\/a> spoke to BU Experts Media on the effects of global climate change on vulnerable populations.<\/p>\n<p>In the comments, Selin said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe most recent data from the World Meteorological Organization showing that 2014 may be another record warming year is just one more piece of evidence that the major emitters of greenhouse gas emissions are failing to act in any kind of responsible manner.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Selin is the faculty coordinator for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/academics\/graduate\/ir_and_environmental_policy\/\">IR &amp; Environmental Policy<\/a>\u00a0program. He is also a Core Faculty member of the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cees\/\">Center for Energy and Environmental Studies<\/a>, Boston University; and a Fellow with the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardee\/\">Frederick S.
