Complete all information and submit the form. Once the form is received, the Events Specialist will contact you to discuss your event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Questions should be directed via email to <a href=\"mailto:eventsps@bu.edu\">eventsps@bu.edu<\/a><\/span><span>, as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Room Reservations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Any group interested in reserving space at the Pardee School should refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/room-reservations\/\">Room Reservations<\/a> page and complete the <em>Room Reservation Request Form<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><span>Before filling out the form, read our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/files\/2023\/10\/EVENT-GUIDELINES.pdf\">Event Guidelines<\/a> and if<span> using AV for your event, review usage and setup in\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/files\/2023\/10\/Appendix-A-AV-Setup.pdf\">Appendix A \u2013 AV Setup<\/a><span>. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>If <\/span>you have any questions regarding your reservation, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:confps@bu.edu\">confps@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span>Reservations are on a \u201cfirst-come, first-served\u201d basis. However, it will remain the case that all rooms are available for reservation by the Pardee School first, and we reserve the right to change a reservation due to the needs of the Pardee School.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note: no space will be reserved until the form has been received and approved.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cancellations should be directed via email to <a href=\"mailto:confps@bu.edu\"><span>confps<\/span>@bu.edu<\/a>, as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Catering<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin the process of menu selection directly with a representative from Catering on the Charles by contacting <a href=\"mailto:catering@bu.edu\">catering@bu.edu<\/a> or 617-353-2957. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/catering\/menus\/\">Menu<\/a> options can be found online and refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/catering\/about-catering-on-the-charles\/catering-policies\/#:~:text=Our%20general%20guidelines%20for%20staffing,Waitstaff%20per%2025%E2%80%9335%20guests\">catering policies<\/a> for catering related queries. Selections should be determined at least 30 days prior to the event and the final count should be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to the event.
