Funding is available, through the Pardee School and other BU resources, to support these opportunities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Keylor Travel Grant<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Professor William R. Keylor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/academics\/travel-grants\/\">Travel Grant<\/a> Program is the flagship opportunity for institutionally supported undergraduate student research.\u00a0 Funds awarded can be used for research trips or conference attendance. Visit the Travel Grant website to learn more about the application process and timeline.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Study Abroad<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pardee students are encouraged to study abroad and to support students the Pardee School has pre-approved many courses on BU Study Abroad and Exchange programs for functional and regional track credit. See the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/academics\/study-abroad-for-pardee-students\/\">Study Abroad for Pardee Students<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0page for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Pardee School Honors Program<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Pardee School Honors Program is a two-semester intensive research project conducted during the senior year under the guidance of a faculty advisor, culminating in a thesis paper and oral defense before a faculty panel at the end of the research year.\u00a0 Upon successful completion of the program students receive 8 academic credits, which may be applied to the major, for example for IR majors to either their functional and\/or regional tracks. Successful students graduate with Honors from the Pardee School, the highest level of academic achievement for undergraduates.\u00a0 More information is available in the\u00a0 Honors <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1GPNMOubQBHmgI-WUbd6KSXb6hXlNFqi41XtIQG9Umvo\/edit?usp=sharing\">Program Guide<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Bachelor of Arts in International Relations\/Master of Arts in International Affairs (BA\/MAIA)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardeeschool\/academics\/undergraduate\/bamaia\/\">BA\/MAIA<\/a> program allows International Relations majors to graduate with a professional MA in International Affairs in addition to their BA in International Relations, with only one additional year of course work.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Scholarships and Fellowships<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pardee students are encouraged to apply for scholarships and fellowships to support study abroad, graduate school, and academic research.
