Join the African Studies Center and West African Research Association in welcoming socio-cultural anthropologist Timothy Landry who will speak on his work with Vodun and orisha worshippers in coastal West Africa and practitioners of Vodun in Haiti and Lucumi in the US. This lecture is the fourth in the co-sponsored series "Religion in West Africa: Cosmopolitanism, Faith Communities & the Social Fabric". The talk will be held in Room 505, 232 Bay State Road. Light refreshments will be available.
