Gallagher Appointed to Export-Import Bank’s Council on China

Kevin Gallagher, Professor of Global Development Policy at Boston University’s Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies and Director of the Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center), has been appointed a member of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) Council on China for 2022-23. 

Established as part of the EXIM Advisory Committee, which advises EXIM on its programs and the extent to which the agency provides competitive financing to support American jobs through exports, the Chair’s Council on China Competition provides guidance on advancing the comparative leadership of the United States with respect to China and supporting U.S. innovation and employment through competitive export finance.

As a member of the Council, Gallagher will provide guidance on advancing the comparative leadership of the United States with respect to China and supporting U.S. innovation and employment through competitive export finance.

Kevin Gallagher is a professor of global development policy at Boston University’s Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, where he directs the Global Development Policy Center.
