PGC Hosts Annual Elections, Thanksgiving Dinner

The Pardee Graduate Council (PGC), the official graduate student organization of the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, held their annual elections and Thanksgiving dinner on November 15, 2018.

The newly elected officers are Jessica Diaz (President), Adib Milani (Vice President), Amelia Dangerfield (Secretary), Manon Debuire (Treasurer), Marena Tedaldi (Social Chair).

The PGC organizes a variety of activities aimed at enriching graduate student life at the Pardee School including discussions with Pardee School faculty, film screenings and social events. Most recently, the PGC organized a “Kindness Week” at the Pardee School to encourage small and large acts of kindness around campus.

Each year in the spring semester, the PGC organizes a graduate student conference centered around a theme chosen by the students. The conference draws graduate students from the many colleges and universities throughout the Boston area and beyond.
