Cohen delivered a set of five lectures on &#8220;The Human Population: Past, or Passing, or To Come&#8221; as part of the Pardee Distinguished Lecture Series. <\/p>\n<p>The series explored the current and likely 2050 population, the Earth&#8217;s carrying capacity, preparing for an uncertain future, and a discussion of whether sustainability, globalization, and national democracies.
