Marello, who is<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/climatescorecard.org\/italy-2\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/climatescorecard.org\/italy-2\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1511368235644000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEeFAYbL8FmDZy9e8iV4DYB4ehH6Q\" target=\"_blank\">Italy\u2019s Country Manager<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>for the Climate Scorecard Project, presented on successful renewable energy policies that significantly increased the share of renewable energy production and consumption over the past 10 years. It seeks to alert environment leaders and concerned citizens around the world about important issues that need to be addressed if the Paris Agreement is to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/climateactionplan\/\" target=\"_blank\">BU Climate Action Plan<\/a> Task Force, which is chaired by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardee\/community\/janetos\/\" target=\"_blank\">Anthony Janetos<\/a>, the Director of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future, recently released its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/climateactionplan\/climate-action-plan-task-force\/draft-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">draft plan<\/a>.
