Less than three weeks remain in the\u00a02015 Pardee Graduate Summer Fellows<\/a>\u00a0session. Over the past month and a half, the Fellows have been researching and writing their papers while participating in discussions on a wide range of topics at lunches with\u00a0several faculty members, including Prof. Anthony Janetos (Director of the\u00a0Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future), Prof. Les Kaufman (Biology Department), Prof. Bruce Anderson (Earth & Environment Department), Prof. Susan Foster (School of Public Health), and Prof. Henrik Selin (Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies).<\/p>\n

On\u00a0July 1 and 2, the Fellows presented their research to Pardee Center faculty, staff, and researchers to solicit feedback at the midpoint of the program. A handful of activities remain \u2014 including lunch with White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) Assistant Director Kei Koizumi next week \u2014 until the Fellows submit their papers at the conclusion of the program on August 7.<\/p>\n
