The piece by Pardee Faculty Fellow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/pardee\/community\/kevin-p-gallagher\/\">Kevin Gallagher<\/a>, and Columbia faculty <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stephanygj.net\/\">Stephany Griffith-Jones<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sipa.columbia.edu\/academics\/directory\/jao2128-fac.html\">Jos\u00e9 Antonia Ocampo<\/a> is titled, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.ft.com\/economistsforum\/2012\/05\/historic-moment-for-the-imf\/#axzz1wCB4Moqb\">Historic moment for the IMF.<\/a>&#8221; The article addresses the IMF&#8217;s forthcoming move to increase regulations on cross-border finances. The Pardee Center Task Force has called for increased regulation on cross- border exchanges, and lauds the decision.
