He has also acquired experience with Oxford Analytica, an international consulting firm which provides business and government leaders with analysis of world affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Stuart is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law &amp; Diplomacy, Tufts University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and German from the University of Surrey, and an MA with a focus on international political economy from the University of Warwick, UK.
