Jared Coffin is an Instructional Designer at Boston University Virtual. He primarily supports the online Art Education and Social Work courses at Boston University. Jared is an alum of the Online MM Music Education Program and returns to BU with years of instructional design experience, designing online undergraduate and graduate courses. He is passionate about working with faculty to create student-focused online education that meets the needs of learners and programs.
Before specializing in Instructional Design, Jared instructed undergraduate courses online, taught community music, and was a working musician. He is still an active composer and sound artist. In his free time, Jared enjoys cooking, fishing, and searching for vintage clothing.
