Associate General Counsel<\/h3>\n

Marty Oppenheimer joined the Office of the General Counsel in June 2018. Prior to joining OGC, he was General Counsel of the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City. He was previously Senior Counsel for Business and Corporate Affairs at Tufts University.\u00a0 Before beginning his legal career in higher education, Marty was an attorney at Fleet Bank and Lehman Brothers. He has a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.<\/p>\n
