Marc began his legal career working in-house at a major clothing retailer before spending several years in the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at The Bank of New York Mellon, where he served as Managing Counsel. Most recently, Marc worked as Senior Counsel for Dynatrace, a global technology company based in Waltham that provides an AI-powered platform that delivers infrastructure and application observability, monitoring, and security. At Dynatrace, he was known for providing practical and actionable advice to business teams on third-party governance, including AI, and legal risk. Marc earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law magna cum laude<\/em>, and a B.A. from Boston College.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
