Associate General Counsel

Lilly Huang joined the Office of the General Counsel in April 2014, where she advises on a wide range of legal matters at the University, including research and scholarly activities, regulatory compliance, and business transactions. Before joining the Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Huang practiced at Goulston & Storrs PC, where she represented both public and private companies, as well as non-profit organizations, on corporate transactions and regulatory issues. Ms. Huang earned a B.A. and a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2008. During law school, she served as Notes Editor on the Boston University Journal of Science & Technology Law. She also taught in the Writing Program at the Boston University School of Law for over five years. Ms. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
