Operating as an architect and engineer, Mumtaz leads the reimagination of organizational development & learning at BU, expanding its capacity to advance the development and learning across their career lifecycles.\u202f Using a human-centered approach, Mumtaz focuses on recognizing and elevating the strengths and differentiated experiences of all.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mumtaz brings over two decades of experience in organizational development, and her work spans industries and international markets. Training Magazine has recognized her for implementing high-quality learning at scale.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As an organizational psychologist, Mumtaz brings holistic skills and knowledge to developing systems and programs that have a sound foundation rooted in the understanding of human needs & behavior\u202fand how\u202fshifting cultural and technological landscape\u202fimpacts thriving and innovation.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mumtaz holds a Master\u2019s in\u202fOrganizational Psychology\u202ffrom the University of Mumbai, India, and a Master\u2019s in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.\u202fShe is certified in\u202fInclusive Leadership,\u202fDesign Thinking,\u202fand the GROW\u202fModel of coaching.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Originally from Mumbai, India, she has called Massachusetts home for over 20 years. She lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and two cats, in Arlington.
