In his role as the Senior specialist, Talent & Organizational Development, James provides comprehensive project management for the design, development, and delivery of all the programs and services provided by OD&L, including workshops and retreats. James is focused on the improvement of processes to ensure excellence in learner experiences. \u202fAs a certified DISC facilitator and Gallup Strengths coach he provides DISC and Gallup Strengths assessments for individuals, managers, and leaders, across BU. He is also He has a Bachelor of Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University.<\/p>\n

James is an avid volleyball player and a member\u202fof\u202fthe Cambridge\u202fBoston\u202fVolleyball Association.\u202fOriginally from\u202fKansas City, MO, he has lived in the Dorchester area\u202fof Boston for the last 8+ years.<\/p>\n
