Who we are<\/h2>\n

The Learning & Training Community of Practice (CoP), hosted by the OD&L team, brings together professionals whose roles support learning, training, and development of potential in others. The CoP enables university-wide sharing to further the impact of our efforts in learning and training at Boston University.<\/p>\n

What is a community of practice?<\/strong> A CoP is a collaborative network, bound by a shared expertise and interest, that enables peer-to-peer learning, spreads good practices, and partners in driving institutional initiatives relevant to learning and training. The CoP also contributes to furthering professional development, while fostering an environment that promotes workplace engagement.<\/p>\n
