As I reflect now, they helped advise me on my college applications, financial aid forms, and student life. Without their support, I honestly don&#8217;t know how I would have managed. In my current role as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, I have the wonderful opportunity to work with students, many of whom are First-generation students.
