Ryan Raut is a Shanahan Foundation Fellow at the Allen Institute and the University of Washington, Seattle. Prior to Seattle, Ryan received his PhD in Neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis, where he worked with Marcus Raichle. Ryan’s research combines dynamical systems theory and machine learning in the service of a holistic approach to systems neuroscience.
