BU Biology, Neurophotonics and Photonics Seminar: ELLY NEDIVI
ELLY NEDIVI, PhD
William R. (1964) and Linda R. Young Professor of Neuroscience
The Picower Institute for Learning and Memory
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Monday, April 11, 2022, 11:30 AM
Boston University Photonics Center, 8 Saint Mary’s Street, Room 906
Dr. Nedivi studies the mechanisms underlying brain circuit plasticity – characterizing the genes and proteins involved, as well as visualizing synaptic and neuronal remodeling in the living mouse brain. This seminar is entitled, “Mapping synapses onto individual L2/3 pyramidal neurons, implications for cortical ‘read out’ of visual input.”
Please register in advance for this IN PERSON SEMINAR HERE. Box lunches “to go” will be available for participants at the conclusion of Dr. Nedivi’s talk. Registration is required to ensure that lunch will be ordered for you.
This seminar is co-sponsored by Boston University’s Biology Department and Neurophotonics and Photonics Centers.
