1. Develop self-awareness through leadership fundamentals, understanding your communication style, strengths, and values to authentically position yourself to employers and set professional development goals.

2. Engage in strategic career exploration and networking: from information gathering to developing your personal brand and navigating the hidden job market.

3. Leverage informational interviews to learn about roles, build meaningful connections, and accelerate your search through structured conversations and professional follow-up.

4. Craft targeted resumes that highlight role-specific skills and experiences, and compelling cover letters that further demonstrate genuine interest and relevant qualifications.

5. Prepare for interviews: get tips to best prepare for interviews and gain strategies for technical and behavioral questions, as well as some final insights to interview the interviewing team.
