Well-Being Wednesdays (WBW) are weekly meetings to promote mindfulness and well-being. The meetings will facilitate a wide range of mindfulness and well-being practices and tools to help its participants thrive. WBW is open to all students, faculty, and staff on a "drop-in" basis; there is no sign up and you may attend as many or as few meetings as you'd like.
