Hurlburt, Charles E. (1860-1936)

A founder and general director of the African Inland Mission (AIM) Born in Iowa and raised in Oberlin, Ohio, Hurlburt left a successful plumbing business to work with the YMCA, becoming state secretary of the Pennsylvania YMCA in 1889.
