Faculty & students who are looking for a school provided version of Windows for either their personal laptop or a virtual environment may download an Education Edition copy from Azure Dev Tools for Teaching<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Users may receive this notification if they have not used their computer on the BU network in a while. If so, users should do the following:<\/p>\n

Connect their computer to the BU network either through wired connection, wireless connection, or VPN.<\/li>\n
Leave the computer running overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
This process should ensure your license is verified and refreshed by BU IS&T’s automated systems.<\/p>\n
