{"id":6473,"date":"2024-04-08T12:11:54","date_gmt":"2024-04-08T16:11:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/metit\/?page_id=6473"},"modified":"2024-09-19T13:26:14","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T17:26:14","slug":"robin","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/metit\/services\/events\/schedule\/robin\/","title":{"rendered":"Robin Booking System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Robin is a conference room scheduling software for full-time MET staff responsible for scheduling and managing multiple meetings each month.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits of this software include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule conference rooms<\/li>\n<li>Check room availability<\/li>\n<li>Schedule single or recurring meetings up to 4 months in advance<\/li>\n<li>Interactive office map<\/li>\n<li>Easy Single Sign-On (SSO) login method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"center-children\"><a class=\"btn-ghost\" href=\"http:\/\/dashboard.robinpowered.com\/bostonu\">Robin Dashboard<\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h4>Support Policy<\/h4>\n<p>MET IT is responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Granting permissions to MET employees for Robin<\/li>\n<li>Training on the Robin software<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of iPads outside of meeting spaces<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting of issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Limitations of Robin<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>At this time, the Conference Suite (MET 420) and the Teaching Studios (MET 101 &amp; MET 122) are <em>not<\/em> available for booking through Robin.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in reserving one of these three spaces:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Check the <a href=\"\/metit\/services\/events\/schedule\/availability\/\">room availability<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Request the space at least 3 business days in advance with our <a href=\"\/metit\/services\/events\/schedule\/request\/\">request form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Ad Hoc Booking<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>MET employees can make same day, ad hoc bookings from the iPads outside each meeting space.<\/p>\n<p>Ad hoc bookings are limited to 90 minutes and a meeting name is <em>required<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Conference Suite (MET 420) and the Teaching Studios (MET 101 &amp; MET 122) are <em>not<\/em> available for ad hoc booking.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robin is a conference room scheduling software for full-time MET staff responsible for scheduling and managing multiple meetings each month.
