Personal accounts grant users full control over the scheduling, hosting, and recording options for their meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Personal accounts don&#8217;t interact with MET IT&#8217;s <a href=\"\/metit\/services\/collab\/zoom\/meeting\">Department Meetings<\/a> and MET ETI&#8217;s <a href=\"\/metit\/services\/collab\/zoom\/live-class\/\">Zoom Live Classroom<\/a> integration.<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<h4>Support Policy<\/h4>\n<p>MET IT is responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Zoom Support<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating Advanced Problems for Escalation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BU IS&amp;T acts as administrators to all personal accounts.
