These tools can be broken up into two categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling Automation<\/li>\n<li>Group Calendars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<h4>Support Policy<\/h4>\n<p>MET IT is responsible for the following tools:<\/p>\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>Calendly<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>A scheduling automation platform that allows users to create booking calendars with third-party integrations.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Microsoft Bookings<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>A scheduling automation app that is part of Office 365.
