The model focuses on three critical areas for your successful positioning within the marketplace by allowing you to understand yourself better, matching your skills with occupations, and preparing yourself for interviews through technical simulations.<\/p>\n

Service 1 - Define Skills & Employment Preferences<\/h4><\/p>\nService 1<\/strong><\/a> provides guidance on a few key areas for your success. The first is the creation of an e-Portfolio which encourages you to document your skills, experiences (both academic and professional). The second aspect of this service provides information for international students on options for internships through CPT (Curricula Practical Training) and employment post completion of your degree known as OPT (Optional Practical Training).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
\nService 2 - Guided Employability Advising<\/h4><\/p>\nService 2<\/strong><\/a> seeks to match your skills with relevant job offerings in the industry. Upon completion of this service, you will receive job market statistics related to industries, companies, job titles and more. This information will allow you to determine if your current skills are an exact match for your dream job or if you’re missing key skills required for you to be successful within the job market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
\nService 3 - Technical Interviews<\/h4><\/p>\nService 3<\/strong><\/a>, Technical Interview Simulations, provides you with an opportunity to test your technical skills in an interview format. Quite frequently, companies hiring for analytics positions are interviewing candidates on several levels, one of which is a Technical Interview. In this interview you’ll be provided with technical questions to be answered within a specific period of time, and then you’ll have an opportunity to present your findings. We aim to replicate this style of interview through our Technical Interview Simulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
