Enter the verification code shown here in the appropriate field.<\/li>\n<p>\n       <img src=\"\/metit\/files\/2022\/05\/NewSignin3-e1667837069543.png\" width=\"400\"><br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Scan the QR Code provided from Citrix from within the DUO Mobile app as shown in this video: <a href=\"https:\/\/duo.com\/resources\/videos\/duo-self-enrollment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DUO Self Enrollment<\/a><\/li>\n<p>\n       <img src=\"\/metit\/files\/2022\/05\/NewSignin5-e1667838074671.png\" width=\"400\"><br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Within the DUO Mobile app, give a name to the account (Citrix Workspace, MET Virtual Lab, etc.)<\/li>\n<p>\n       <img src=\"\/metit\/files\/2022\/05\/Image-2022-05-11-11-31-59-e1667838724138.png\" width=\"400\"><br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Return to the main login page. Enter your BU email (include @bu.edu), BU password, and the passcode from the DUO app.<\/li>\n<p>\n       <img src=\"\/metit\/files\/2022\/06\/Login_token-1.png\" width=\"750\"><br \/>&nbsp;\n<\/ol>\n<hr\/>\n<h4>Troubleshooting<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Invalid Username Password or Token:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Verify that you are&#8230;<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Entering your BU email with the @bu.edu in the username field.<\/li>\n<li>Your BU password is correct &amp; working.
