All current and incoming students are provided with a free BU Google Apps Account<\/a>, which includes storage for Gmail and Google Drive.<\/p>\n\n

Saving to Google Drive<\/h4>\n

  1. Double click the Google Drive shortcut<\/strong> on the Virtual Lab desktop.<\/li>\n

  2. Enter your BU email address when prompted. You will be redirected to the BU login screen.<\/li>\n

  3. Log in with your BU credentials.<\/li>\n

    \n \"\"<\/p>\n

  4. Drag and drop the file from the Virtual Lab desktop into the Google Drive browser window; a notification will appear when the transfer completes.<\/li>\n

    \n \"\"\n<\/ol>\n

    The file is now saved to your Google Drive account. You can access and download this file from any device that has a web browser with internet access, or access to the Google Drive application.<\/p>\n\n

    Downloading from Google Drive<\/h4>\n

    If you wish to download your files to a Windows or Mac machine from Google Drive:<\/p>\n

    1. Open a web browser, go to https:\/\/drive.google.com\/<\/a> and click Sign In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter your BU email address when prompted. You will be redirected to the BU login screen.<\/li>\n
    3. Log in with your BU credentials.<\/li>\n
    4. Navigate to the file you wish to download, right click the file and select Download<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
