folder.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the Virtual Lab, open the &#8220;UserFiles&#8221; folder.<\/li>\n<p>\n        <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/metit\/files\/2020\/08\/1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3069\" width=\"173\" height=\"106\" \/><\/p>\n<li>In the File Explorer, navigate to the folder on your computer where you have the file you want to upload.<\/li>\n<p>\n        <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/metit\/files\/2020\/08\/8-636x544.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3078\" width=\"294\" height=\"237\" \/><\/p>\n<li>Drag and drop the file from the &#8220;UserFiles&#8221;
