Dr. Chambers has over twenty years of experience developing and overseeing credit models, internal credit scoring systems, and default risk assessment processes for Standard & Poor\u2019s. He is an expert in international finance, portfolio management, and the economics of real estate development. Chambers taught undergraduate and graduate courses in finance, credit analysis, and portfolio management. He also undertakes consulting assignments for financial institutions and corporations, with a focus on creditworthiness, parent-subsidiary relationships, and transfer pricing, and has provided expert reports and\/or served as an expert witness in cases appearing before the U.S Tax Court, the Tax Court of Canada, and various other regulators and tribunals.<\/p>\n
