He is cofounder and associate director of Boston University\u2019s Center for Reliable Information Systems &amp; Cyber Security (RISCS), and played a role in initiatives that led to Boston University\u2019s designation as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense and Research by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security.
