Chef P\u00e9pin, Jean-Claude Szurdak, and 10 students from BU\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/foodandwine\/culinary-arts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Certificate Program in Culinary Arts<\/a> prepared the meal in the iconic kitchen essential to Child\u2019s PBS cooking series, including <em>Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home<\/em>. Weeks later, the kitchen would be relocated to the Smithsonian.
