To attend via zoom, please email <a href=\"mailto:kimrich@bu.edu\">kimrich@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>December 19, 2025 <\/strong>Annual Report Submission Deadline\n<ol><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bu.campuslabs.com\/planning\/dashboard\"><button class=\"button\">Submit Annual Report<\/button><\/a><\/p>\n<ol><\/ol>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Overview of Assessment<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nThe Program Assessment Annual Report summarizes the learning outcomes assessed over the last year, the way they were evaluated, and any changes that resulted from the assessment. Faculty should review samples of direct measures of learning such as, but not limited to, theses, exams, final papers, graded projects, and\/or locally developed pre- and post-tests.<\/p>\n<p>Data from indirect measures can also be incorporated in your summary reports, such as student feedback or student outcomes as reported by students. The data doesn\u2019t need to be included in the report, but rather the next steps, as in how this informed program changes through program review, other smaller curriculum or pedagogical changes, or changes to the approach to assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that not all learning outcomes need to be assessed annually; instead, it is expected that each program focuses on a select few learning outcomes to measure and assess each year, as outlined in the three-year program outcome plan.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">How to Complete Your Assessment<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/provost\/planning-assessment\/program-learning-outcomes-assessment\/information-for-submitting-your-annual-report\/\">Provost Office Guidance<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificates do not have to be assessed<\/li>\n<li>Concentrations do not have to be assessed; please address them in the degree assessment<\/li>\n<li>For programs that report to additional accrediting agencies:\n<ul>\n<li>You may submit your current year accreditation report rather than engaging in additional assessment activities.
