Admitted students may defer their admission for up to one full year from their term of admission. To defer, admitted students must complete an Enrollment Status Change Request<\/a> before the first day of the term of admission.<\/p>\n International students who defer will be required to submit updated international student documentation (including financial support). Students will be notified by BU Metropolitan College when this documentation becomes necessary. To drop a course or courses, visit the MyBU Student Portal<\/a>. If you are unable to drop your course on the MyBU Student Portal, you must submit the Add\/Drop Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n Students dropping to zero courses in a semester must complete an Enrollment Status Change Request<\/a> to be dropped from their course(s).<\/p>\n Upon receipt of the appropriate form, your account will be adjusted according to the University’s refund policy<\/a>. Please be aware that the add\/drop deadlines as noted on MET\u2019s academic\u00a0calendars<\/a> may differ from the refund dates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Please note that if you adjust your registration (add\/drop courses), your tuition calculation will change. Registration changes that move your enrollment between full-time and part-time status may cause a temporary discrepancy in your bill. Student accounts are monitored and manually adjusted to align your enrollment status (full-time\/part-time) and the calculations on your bill.
