MET Alums Curate High-Profile, BU-Centric Art Exhibit in Italy

A pair of Metropolitan College alums made their mark at this year’s Venice Biennale, the world’s oldest celebrations of arts and architecture, bringing a taste of Boston University to the Italian festival.

Lissa Cramer (MET’18) and Stacy McKenna (MET’21) were co-curators of a show at the A Plus A Gallery that showcased a host of artistic talent with ties to BU titled, Hidden in the Layers.

Cramer, who serves as the director of BU Art Galleries, earned her MS in Arts Administration at MET, and McKenna, who holds a BS in Management Studies she earned at the College, is the College of Fine Arts associate director for strategic initiatives.
